Who is Carlos's *English voice actor?

He sounds pretty similar to Kaidan from Mass Effect. Could it be Raphael Sbarge?

He's not listed in the credits, but neither are Junpei (Evan Smith) and Diana's (Eden Riegel) voice actors.

The gravely voice, cadence and intonation reminds me of Paul Eiding, most notable as the Colonel from Metal Gear Solid. Probably a long shot though.

As mentioned above, I'm thinking it's Raphael Sbarge. The deep, gravely voice suggests this heavily. Weird how he's the only one no one has been able to confidently guess though, among those not credited.

Pretty sure they got it with Raphael Sbarge, my first though when I heard him was "Is that Carth? Carth Onasi?!" His wikipedia page only credits him as having done Carth in KOTOR and Kaiden Alenko in Mass Effect, so it's not like it's got such an extensive list that there couldn't be roles missing.
