Need help with the math puzzle (Transporter room)

I have wasted too much time from trying (hard) to remember from high school for how to solve this but ye..

The number is 27951

Which u get from 11x11x11x7x3

I have basically tried everything from my calculator to achieve those numbers again from 0-9 but either I get too high or too low xD

So yeah it has been basically trial and error for like 40 minutes but no gain from there..

What should I put to convert them to 4 digits?

Look at the tiles and convert 27951 to tiles
You will have 5 tiles then and put them on the horizontal part of the wheel calculator thing on the desk.
It will then convert from decimal(5 digits) to base 13 (4 digits)
