Artbook DLC?

I've seen some people refer to an artbook and official soundtrack, but I can't seem to find it in my game files. I did some searching around, and people have said you need to download it as DLC, but if I click the DLC section it just states the game has none, and I can't find any DLC to download on the store page.
Were they removed?
