This series actually ended?
Characters like Kyle are never mentioned at all.
Main villian tryes to feel gaps too much and connect VLR villian with 999 and ZTd. He isnt deus ex machina because even DEM has more shame.
Getting a similar feeling to Remember11 with the whole 'thinking about theories after finishing the game 100%' Mr. Uchikoshi please make a sequel to that game onegaiiiiii shimassssu
Agreed, This game did lack in some area's But made up for it by the puzzles Which added More of a "Fun" Aspect to the game,
Overall ZTD Was Like VLR, It lacked the story telling side and left a cliff hanger with some questions Still Left Unresponded.
it could have been worse... like you know, the Legacy of Kain series? That ONE series that is legendary and will never be finished? now that is a true disappointment.
ZTD may not have ended on a high note, but it showed that developers did care about what fans wanted.
How is that game (ZTD) a conclusion of any sorts? It neds on a cliffhanger that basically leaves us nowhere further than VTR, or perhaps a couple footsteps at best. The whole story isn't over, while this third game was supposed to be a conclusion already. So this game can't be a conclusion to the series when the only thing it concludes with is a cliffhanger, so the antithesis of a conclusion.
What am I not getting?
Rest of the plot ends nicely except for non canon ? ending from VLR and promise to bring Clover and Alice and their memories back to the past.
Well, spoilers of course, but I'm not sure what you mean by non canon; I just mean the apparently final end sequence of the game ends on:
-Delta being alive and well, as well as other members from the groups
-None of the events of the games actually taking place in the current timeline
-The people traumatized for life join Delta to fight the cult and try to save mankind
And on the merry way they go. If there's something I missed or if there is more to do after that, please enlighten me
VLR has ? non canon ending which is why people consider abscence of Kyle, ALice and Clover as plothole. But as ending if non canon it stops being an issue,
Rest of the plot ends nicely. Heroes just need to hunt down fanatic and you get a happy end.
Sofull conclususion isnt reached.
