Customization?
Where is all the customization at? I want the Jason Voorhees Mask I used to have on Vanessa back in the day. This version of the game seems to be lacking in some ways.

Edit** The below answer points to all the customization. Pony up the money if you indeed want it all... I will be. Thanks to joyKiller for doing the ground work.

Legendary DLC:

• 38 Original Virtua Fighter Character Models*
• Stages from the First Virtua Fighter*
• Battle UI from the First Virtua Fighter*
• 180 Virtua Fighter BGM Tracks
• 36 Spectator Stamps

Yakauza DLC

• 20 Virtua Fighter 3 Music Arrangements
• 40 Spectator Stamps

I wonder why they hide these infos from the steam store page. Well. Kinda scummy, they split Costumes C and D, tho. I also find it wild, that both DLCs cost the exact same as one certainly has more bang for your buck than the other. And let's not even talk about the TEKKEN DLC which look outright pathetic at 9,99$:

Originally posted by SEGA:
• 19 TEKKEN 7 Character Costumes*
• 20 TEKKEN 7 BGM Tracks
• TEKKEN 7 Battle UI*2
• 2 TEKKEN 7 Collaboration Titles*

I agree. I'm one of those strange people who buys a game like this specifically for the customisation features - the amount of stuff missing is truly baffling and I feel ripped off.

Virtua fighter fell off after final showdown. The lack of special training, quest modes, or customization is pitiful.
with quest mode being axed not a lot you can unlock 😂. im so mad about quest mode not being in this.

Yeah, I was really hoping they would have figured out a way to get all the items in there without quest mode or maybe just add quest mode into it.
It's sad how little stuff there actually is. Just seeing all the cool stuff Final Shodown had and we barely get a fraction of it, and you have to pay for it...
I just want van properly black and to have the athletic shorts and top outfit to make her serious ^^
Man I forgot all about her in them shorts. I kept her in the green fatigue pants, the sports top and the Jason mask. She looked so bad ass

No quest mode isn't the reason why this game lacks so many customization items. VF5 FS had no quest mode but still had so many customization items, compared to Revo.
This is one of the HUGE issues I have with REVO, WHERE IS ALL OF FINAL SHOWDOWNS CUSTOMIZATION ITEMS?!

I will be pestering sega until action is done.

At any rate it would still be nice to have them in the current version of the game. Wishful thinking though. I am not holding my breath waiting for them lol.

It's one of the glaring things I miss about VF5. There is a huge lack of customization that was present in the game back on PS3/XBOX360 versions. I remember having some lightning effects on Vanessa's hands on one of my customization.

Here's hoping that Sega would add some more some time in the future. <_<

i bought the mega pack thinking it would at least include the cosmetics from like..2 decades ago? guess not lol cringe
It's because they re-did the graphics when the RGG studio took over. So they had to redo the customizations and only decided to do some because of the resources it would take to do them all.

I do miss my item win poses, though.
Speaking of customization. Quick question as their store pages are really, reeeeaally vague on that.

Does the legendary DLC pack unlock every character's C and D costumes? And does it also unlock every customization item that isn't yakuza or tekken related?

You get the C and D costumes but emphatically do not get every customization item that's not in the Yakuza or Tekken packs.

Type E and Type S costumes are missing to boot.

OP was talking about how they wanted Vanessa's Jason mask - there's thousands of things just like that which didn't make the cut to this version.

Quite a shame, Final Showdown's customizations were so generous that I had at least 15 costumes each for my characters of choice.
