How do I access the art book from the upgraded edition?

I don't see it anywhere.

First, be sure it's checked in your DLC settings of game's properties and downloaded with game. Then, go to install folder of game (installed files - browse), go into "runtime" folder and there you will find a folder called "dlc" with two subfolders - one for artbook, and other for wallpapers.
