Steam Music Player for Soundtrack Audio
Just figured this out. If you go to the front page for the game, there is an infobox called Additional Content that lists the 30th Anniversary Soundtrack DLC. If you click it, it will take you to a jukebox where you can play the files individually within Steam. I believe you need to download the DLC before available but I wasn't able to verify that because I already had it.

My favorite track so far: Disc 6, Track 21 "Top Menu/PS2" - if you played a lot of VF4Evo you will be very familiar with this jam :D

They even included the OST of VF RPG (the weird one on PS2, not the original project on Saturn)

i went to the original screening of that documentary in Seattle ;D
