what's a good arcade joystick these days

i guess i'm going to be in the market for one soon - what are the good joysticks these days? is Hori still a reliable brand?

Massive choices out there, are after an arcade stick only or want a pad or leverless as well? The snackboxes are really good leverless controllers if you are looking at any travelling with it, cause it's small and so easy to transport.

I was looking for an arcade joystick (already have a dualshock controller). I think I might go with the Hori Fighting Stick Mini, I like that I can save a little desk space with it.

I would go for the 8bitdo Arcade Stick. A bit big, but very fun for this game.

I have been using it for over a year and have no complaints.

etokki omni is pretty slick

mixbox is an interesting, uh, mix. i used a keyboard to play VF5 in Yakuza and it didn't really take long to get used to.

check your local game store and see if they have any for sale they usually arent more than $60-$70. I got a really nice dead or alive astrocity stick like that

Vitrix is pretty good. What ever you get switch out the buttons for Sanwa and switch out the joystick for this one below. Its the best stick right now IMO for VF

Get Style - V5 Model. It has a shorter range so you can move faster.

Sega's Virtua Stick High Grade is pretty ultimate, excellent design, nice form factor, nice weight. They are rather inexpensive on ebay these days.

Can't go wrong with the good ol' Hori Real Arcade Pro 2 either. Get a converter and you're set with what is probably the best arcade sticks ever released.
