When is the dlc weapons sound on custom maps going to be fixed? this is annoying me now

nothing was fixed, servers are all the same name, and custom content of maps show up as numbers not characters.

Why does it say that Steam needs to be running, when I'm trying to launch from Steam. I have already gone to activision followed all of their step's including the ones they pointed back to Steam and still no game launch. My game launced and played just fine until this last update. What the hell is going on !!!

And I know you can tell when a game has run and been played on your system, so find and fix the issue or compensate your customers for all the agrivation this issue is causeing. I'm sure you can do something in the way of compensation.
