BO3 Crashing on startup

I have never had any issues playing this game until yesterday. I played majority of the day yesterdays on zombies and randomly crashed. Ever since that incident the game refuses to launch, it would get to the Activision logo then my PC goes to black screen and hard restarts itself. I have tried uninstalling BO3 and reinstalling it, the problem persists. I also uninstalled and reinstalled steam, the problem still persists. No errors no blue screen, just black screen then hard restart. I recently resorted to uninstalling steam and deleting all the steam files. I am reinstalling BO3 on my primary drive, it was originally on my m.2 ssd for faster loading in. I am seeing if installing the files to my primary drive will fix the issue. If not idk what else to do. My system doesn't restart when doing a gpu stress test, so it can't be my gpu that's the issue. I checked both of my storage drives health and they are both healthy. I also did a memory test on my ram and that passed with no issues. I do have a 3060ti evga xc gaming edition gpu with the bad batch of memory hynix x005, so I feel like this may be a sign that the gpu is starting to fail. Any feedback would help me so much. check and see if wemod may be running in the background even if not using for this game it will crash it every time

This issue is only affecting a small pool of players, supposedly treyarch patched the crashing issues, but some still have issues even after the most recent patch

Sorry, but I don’t help with BO3 game problems anymore. Keep looking for solutions.
