HOW TO FIX BLACK SCREEN ISSUE

does anyone know how to fix the blackscreen issue I get when I launch the game, It randomly started happening so I dont know the issue, or what could be the issue, Ive tried disable my other audio drive, I updated all my graphics drivers and even reinstalled the game but nothing has worked, any ideas?

List of things ive already tried

1. Verifying the game files
2. Reinstalling the game
3. Disable all the mods
4. Running as administrator
5. Running on windowed mode
6. Entering in safe mod
7. Disable unneeded audio drivers
8. Updating my graphics driver

The game still runs, there is audio, its just a black screen

for me this happens when im playing on a zm map it will go black then freeze

i've had frequent crashing ever since i bought the game during the sale a few weeks ago. i've done most of the troubleshooting and it still crashes after about 20 minutes of gameplay. i recently dropped all settings to the absolute minimum, but i have my doubts about that working.
