Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - Multiplayer (0.0 hrs on record)
Call of Duty: Ghosts - Multiplayer (0.1 hrs on record)
Call of Duty: Black Ops II - Multiplayer (1.3 hrs on record)
I have over 600hrs of BO2 MP and my experience while playing is very different. I've noticed about 5 or so cheaters. I reported them and bookmarked their profiles. Days later they were banned. I even recorded some of them.

I have his info in the youtube video. Notice his ban and his hours played in BO2 MP (22 hrs on record). That was an expensive 22 hrs just to cheat for a few days.
Let me start off by saying that score is an indicator but not a way to tell if someone is cheating or not. I just caught a player in BO3 going 70-11 in hardcore domination, and thanks to theater mode I can watch his entire game... but it took all of 20 seconds to see him using an aimbot, and later in the game it was clear he was using a wallhack as well. Aimbots are best spotted by amazingly fast target acquisition and staying on target. Some players, like this one, make the mistake of using a hack that keeps guns steady instead of the normal 'jump' a gun has when firing, especially since I saw no grip or optics for added accuracy. Walls are harder and easier, depending on if the cheater knows how to mask it, but all eventually slip up and go after a player they shouldn't know the location of but hunt them and kill them, such as when this cheater identified the enemy through a wall then came around and killed him; others mess up (thankfully) by following a players movement through walls, step by step, and kill them when they come into view... these are the easiest to spot.
And now I'll say that this is my last CoD game! :D Tired of spending a pretty big amount of money to go up against so many cheaters that the game isn't fun much less competitive anymore. In the days of MW1 cheaters were driven from games by the players, or banned from private dedicated servers by clan admins... not anymore, its a hackfest, and the devs aren't doing anything about it. Worse, they won't let us, the players, do anything about it. Fun while it lasted, I'll find another game to play when I've had my fill of BO3 (read: gotten my moneys worth).
Offcourse there are hackers... like in everyelse game too.. but i never met one yet
Can especially tell the uptick when all the little ♥♥♥♥♥ get home from school
