I feel being that bo3 hasn't come out yet and that my paypal is slightly over budget that I should be entitled to a refund until I re-buy in november, that fact I have been denied of this shows steam have no good morals for their users and I cannot trust to do business with them again, I will continue using pre-paid codes so steam don't profit from it as much =)

I think those have to be "returned" for a refund to go through.

He bought the full game not a Beta.
He should get his money back before the release date.
Even if he gave the keys away they are beta too and can not be used anymore

I smell Class Action here easy to win.
He even has BO2 so he would have gotten the Beta for free right from the start.
They never even told anyone that it would be free before hand.

I think you are looking into this more than the OP even... the OP is throwing a tantrum because Steam refused the refund. I can about bet that he put some kind of childish reason or remark in the return comments and Steam denied him.

you should probably spend more money on a good lawyer if you want to take this to court and get your 60 dollars back. However keep in mind though you cant get a refund from the lawyers.

The Beta counts as a DLC, so you have more than 2 hours on that. so you're pretty much out of luck. look at the refund policy before complaining m8.

If you did try to go to court about it, you'd fail in a pathetic case and possibly get counter-sued, as you're clearly trying to exploit the system by buying it just for access to an enhanced version of the beta then trying to get a refund for it. Your lack of integrity disgusts me.
