Razer mouse and headset LED lights turn off on BO3

The last three days when loading into Bo3 my Razer deathadder LED lights turn off on my mouse,so I press ENTER to go into the game menu then the mouse LEDs come back on and then my Razer Kraken Pro Chroma 7.1 headset LED lights turn off and then i lose sound for about 1-5 seconds. I've gone into Razer Synapse and mad sure that the LED lights on both devices are set to always on.
It has to be this game as I have tested on L4D2, BO2, COD Ghost, Bio Shock, Minecraft etc all games load, mouse and headset LED lights are on and syncronised.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and swaped the USB ports.

Dude, i used to have the same issue, go to the razer synapse, Chroma Apps, and turn it off, the problem is that it allows a third party program to control de mouse, in this case BO3, or download an app for BO3 and install it in the synapse, i think that should solve your problem, hope i was helpful
