Side Note its apples and oranges - Both have things to offer and pros and cons, personally I would choose Fallout 4 because the amount of content offered and the insane amount of mods that are coming and will continue to come will keep me busy much longer than COD could.
fallout has side quests and a ♥♥♥♥ ton of other ♥♥♥♥ but in the end its down to what you wanna play
a decent multiplayer
or a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing singleplayer
Fallout 4 is half of the game it's gonna be in a few month's to a year (Mod's,Tex pack's,EnB's,DLC,etc) not to mention cheaper and bundled if you hold out for GOTY edition.
Blop's 3 = 3 game's you get right away and depending on how the mod implementation play's out it could remain relevant for a long time.
