I got to round 104 on Shadows of Evil. There are places to train lmao
Did you discover a glitch?
Shadows of Evil is a terrible first map release. The Co-op on that map being stongly objective based and being as difficult as it is , is horrible. The same team of average zombie players without the help of youtube could play that same map in the same group for countless hours before figureing everything out.
If you are a solo player who watches youtube and copys others and carrys your friends or sit in glitches you opinions hardly matter on this maps difficulty level. Keep you opinion like your playstyle and keep it to youself.
This map is extreamly difficult and is a nice change but def scares away all new zombie players and even myself with lots of zombie training hours shy away from this pain in a$$ map and there is no point in even trying a pulbic lobby due to lack of mic communication with so many objectives to try and even get far.
A bit of advice for you ... Take a break from playing the games and relax you're letting emotions control your opinion and your coming across as a troll. Thanks for the tips though I appreciate it.
1. Zombies have spawn points. Regardless of what direction youre facing, zombies will spawn from these points. If you enter "area a" zombies will begin to spawn from "points a b c" etc. I do agree some spawns are kind of dumb and can choke you off easily but learn these and avoid these areas in high traffic situations.
2. Ive made it to round 47 on SoE. This is by no means a high round but its the highest ive been on any map from BO1 BO2 or BO3. The warp zone underneath map is great place to train and the movie theatre/burlesque building parking lot is not too shabby as well. Its gets easier once you learn spawns.
3. As far as i can remember, zombies always ran in the late rounds unless you had it set to easy mode on black ops 2. I thought this was standard but I could be wrong. Anyway with the choke-like spawns on BO3 you should thank god you dont have walkers. Its much easier when every zombie is the same speed. I do think zombies start sprinting too early in the game, but thats neither here nor there.
4. This point is interesting. I want to disagree because my friend and I found it after vowing to not watch any videos before we got the game, but I understand why its so difficult. As a devoted easter egg hunter I love this process, something you must plan for, but also something not completely random (die rise). Its like a good version of the effort you had to put in to packapunch on tranzit. The game makes you feel like you accomplished it. I understand casual zombies players would disagree so this subject isnt that much of a big deal to me. Sometimes maps like Town, Kino, or Der Reise are fun because of how simple it is to accomplish things like that. Player preference really. But may i remind you that this is not the only map that was "difficult" to pap on. Ever play shangri-la? try getting 3 randoms to step on a pad at the same time..Ill take SoE over that ♥♥♥♥ all day.
5. I play alot of solo so I havent really hit this problem. I mean 100 points for a head shot is standard right? Margwas give 500 points PER head destroyed and a completed ritual is 500. With the free margwas the rituals give you and the rituals themselves thats 5000 right there. Thats basically speed and jug if you add 5 headshots and everything else is profit. I mean i know doors and ♥♥♥♥ cost money but if its becoming an issue that you never have money just buy a kuda or a vesper and stack that ♥♥♥♥ up. Those wall guns are better than any box weapon after you put attachments on it. But thats my style of play and everyones different.
TL,DR: The game is very different from old zombies. They are aiming to please easter egg lovers. If you like easter eggs, you love this map and every feature. If you dont like easter eggs, it just feels like a chore when you play. The best thing you can do for now is drill yourself on the spawn points and game mechanics and hope the future maps arent so easter egg oriented. (Which they probably will be)
Love to hear your feedback friends :)
