maybe ur installed virus-tool is blocking it..... or ur windows firewall
I do not have Bitdefender. Although BO3 was allowed through the firewall, I have tried turning it off (Windows Firewall) and have disabled my only antivirus (AVG). Nothing worked.
I have searched many threads and forums on this and it seems the common theme is some kind of firewall or antivirus. But I have not run across an error code listed EXACTLY like mine--with the same letters: ABCFGT.
There were some older posts places about network adaptors, but those seem to be from beta versions. The current version I am trying to use is 37.0.0.0.
This is not a case where I have never been able to play online--it used to work and then it stopped. I have not made changes to the computer or network locally.
I have never played this game online yet.
I do not have a bitdefender or any kind of protection and disabled all the windows' protections.
and also forwarded any kind necessary ports for this game.
That being said I wish these sorts of issues would clear up so I could purchase this game without worrying about it working.

I started through the steps and got to this Steam support page: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=548662458
I figured I would double check the port forwarding--usually this gets done automatically for playing with the install. On my router, there is a rule for "DemonwarePortMapping" for the port 3074, but it was UDP only. Just to be on the safe side, I added an additional rule for port 3074 for TCP, so both would be covered. (I did this by logging into my router, but to be on the safe side, I followed the instructions and did it through router properties on my pc as well--same there--it was only Demonware for UDP). Neither of these things worked.
I have already previously tried turning off Windows Firewall completely (even though COD BO3 is allowed through)--to no avail, but after making the port forward rule changes, I did that again just to check. Still no luck.
Also, just a thought, how many people still having this problem are on Windows 10? (I am)
