Well, that is what worked for me :D
Although, i7-5960X here, so that's 8 physical cores by itself. Maybe someone else could test it on quad or hexa-core intel cpus?
Definitely is :) it is the best CoD to come out in years!
EDIT: I'll have to try that cores change in this thread to see if that helps. I just saw that.

Until they fix it, you know you could try assigning only 4 cores to the BO3 process and see if it fixes it for you, that's what this thread is about :)
Its working but if u are using 144hz monitor and u need to have 150+ fps in game - 4 core cant make a stable perfomance for it, Ye if u are playing on ultra low maybe its no problems but disabling 2-4 cores in game reduce the perfomance much (33% to 50% depending on processor). 60hz on 144hz monitor is unplayable and if u have good videocard playing on lowest settings is also not best choice i think :D
