Campaign progress deleted, WTF

Alright, so I was playing the campaign, and I was at the last mission. I was almost at the end of the mission, but then the game took me to the menu and tells me I've been disconnected from their servers. I thought "alright, better load up the campaign again then", but noooo. I then came into the campaign menu to see that everything I did, every mission I'd completed up until now, was deleted. All my progress.
Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it just me who's unlucky as ♥♥♥♥.

Thanks for your answer. Do you know if it's just temporay? I tried rebooting the game, nothing. I mean, it's frustrating as hell, ffs.

if you played campaign while onine your saves wont be there in offline mode you have to wait and reccont to servers to load saves

i had this last night ..once servers back up saves should all be there ..sux since i just got kicked off lol

Yes, same here. Complete campaign progress gone. They know why there's an option to release all mission for playing directly. xD

Unlike the previous games Black Ops 3 now has only one .exe file, at least we now know that for Single Player only it's best to click on 'Play Offline', it's selectable in the main menu.

Offline = Single Player

Online = PVP MP, 4 Player COOP story campaign, Zombies


I don't have the game yet but I did see a screenshot of the main menu.

You're probably right, but I never noticed the "play offline" button tho. Well, I'm betting everything my progress will be there when the servers are back up. I really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hope so.

Have the same problem and im doing it on realism mode and i was also on the last mission and that SUCKS even more!!! The game was making me insane already with those AI aimbotting but now!!!!!

ı lost my progress on offline mode too. It just crashes on a double gtx 980ti pc. And then when you reload the game, bingo, start the mission from 0...

That's strange if you were always playing and resuming in offline mode, normally when i play single player games only the save data gets stored on my local hard drive in the steam folder. I don't use steam cloud save.
