PS4 image quality better than PC???
Guys, sorry my bad english cause i'm brazilian but, I'm playing Black Ops 3 on PS4 and PC...both platforms. I have a GTX 980 here and even putting FILMIC SMAA on Maximmum, it seems like PS4 image quality is better on this game!
When the map ends and the game shows that "WINNERS CIRCLE", the game shows the TOP 3 players of the lobby and I fell like PC have a "grainy" image and PS4 the characters look more realistic. Anybody feels like this too???

Shadow Map Quality: better than Medium, worse than High
Dynamic Shadows: On
Subsurface Scattering: On
OIT: Medium
Volumetric Lighting: Medium
Anti-Aliasing: Filmic SMAA 1x
Ambient Occlusion: High
Motion Blur: either Dynamic or Always on

I think something's wrong with your graphics settings that the hood doesn't cast a shadow on the guy's face. Mine looks better than both versions:

I think your PS4 has too low contrast.

Difference between PC and PS4 is FOV/refresh rate/max fps...
PC = 120 FOV max // PS4 = 65 FOV max
Game plays smoother on PC 60hz+

Pc looks and moves about 50 times better. Don't kid yourself.

Unless, of course, you compare the ps4 version with the pc version when every setting is on LOW. In that case, they look the same.

I have everything maxed out except shadow map and ambient occlusion are high instead of extra. Also, volumetric lighting was off, it looks even better with it on. It keeps turning itself off everytime I go back to settings.

I get steady 60 FPS on a GTX 970 at 1080p, so it should be a breeze for you.

My pc version would look better if my red dot recticles would work... like ever... Well they work in single player, which i don't see why not in multiplayer... Red blurs ftw.

Game looks fantastic on PC monitor...not sure why yours doesn't. 980Ti Superclocked on BenQ 27" 1080p 144hz 1ms at 140 FPS is awesome.

It looks like you don't have dynamic shadows on. If you took that on the characters hood will cast a shadow on his face, leaving it off will prevent that and create that weird flat, shadow-less look you have.
I ran with dynamic shadows off for performance reasons and got images similar to that (no character shadows on the ground, no shadows casted on a character by their own clothes/outfit, moving objects did not cast shadows etc etc). After the latest patch I was able to turn it back on (as well as a few other things) and it looks far better than the PS4 version.

They look the same? I dont see how and if the gamer is playing at higher resolutions such as 1440/4k console version will left in the dust graphical wize

That said. BO3 on consoles running smoother then pc at the moment with the game needing to be more optimized..

Look the face of the guy on PC version...

Looks like shadow are off in the settings for that pc screenshot. Same with volumetrics, to compare pc and ps4, at least keep things on.
