Red Dot Sight not loading/smudged

Hey so whenever I am in a match, no matter what graphic settings I use (extra, high, medium or low) with anything texture related, the red dot sight rarely loads. Sometimes I'll get it for like a few seconds, but then it smudges up again and is impossible to use. Every scope except the iron sights doesn't work at all, although I haven't tried thermal but I'm sure that will have problems. It is bothering me to the point where I really just don't want to play anymore.

For reference, the game is installed to an SSD and I stream the game to others at 720p60fps while running it at a constant 60-80 frames, so I am 100% positive it is not a loading related issue.

Anyone else with this problem, and how did you fix it if you did?

Yes i'm having the exact same problem. sometimes it comes up but only for about 2 seconds then goes again.

I just want a solution, even if I have to edit the .ini file or sacrifice graphics somewhere.

Well believe it or not it is a loading issue :), its not loading the texture, this tends to happen with older cards or simply not enough memory. So if your running this ohh say with 1gb video card and maybe 4 gig of ram this will happen. IF on the other hand you have decent video card 3gb+ and well over 6gb or ram you should not have this issue :).

Even if I use low settings, which only takes ~500 mb vram it won't load them. For reference, it can load once in a blue moon on extra settings on a map for a little while but almost always smudges up later.

you give this game to much credit :) there is more that goes into it then just 500mb of vram.

What are your specs ?

are they minimum or better ?

you setings are low, i have desktop on high and i see it
laptob on super low and i cant see it

i got that problem too, and when that happens the texture on the ground, weapon etc not loading correctly. it triggers at certain graphical settings for me

If you can change setings to medium or high

install newst drivers to gpu

reset pc

start blops 3

works

fx 8370 and it occurs high extra medium or low. I have no performance issues aside from this garbage

how do fix my red dot sight? It never loads for me and its anoyying when im playing with a red dot sight that not even there.
