ERROR lost connection to host

Does this happening to every one? or is it just me this would the only game that you can't even connect to play with any one else.

No, and I am glad that others are having this problem enough that they may write a patch for it. You can't resume the campaign in either online or offline mode. You can however, play from the mission screen but must play the whole mission through no saving. you should be able to return to the beggining of the next mission.

Hi, for me its the same. i noticed, i can play the first game regulary but on the second and all the other attempts i get "Verbindung zum Host verloren" what in english exactly the same is. Then i have to restart steam and it the same again:
one game > second game = Error > restart steam > one game ...

Is it the same for you?
Till now, i only tried it in mp, dont know how it is in sp or zombies.

I get lost connection to host even in solo play for zombies.

I can't play solo play offline, or zombies solo, but I can play multiplayer, except everyone seems to be cheating with aimbots and shootbots. So far no fun at all

Not sure what happened and I hate to speak too soon, but after the last update and restarting steam, I can now RESUME in campaign. I am overwhelmed with joy that my expensive broken game now works. Hopefully this is the case the next time I play.

Once in a while here, we just relobby and find another match. but this isn't something that any other COD didn't suffer from..

Same here, lost connection when I start a match or try to solo zombies. REALLY ANNOYING, kicking myself for not just waiting for fallout 4. Can't find a work around, and nothing from the dev's to even acknowledge there's a problem...

Try shutting down Steam, the restart as Adminstrator. Then reload game (after the latest update installed). Mine was magically fixed.

Tried everything, checked game files, installed it re-installed it, installed it on a different computer, everything that was said above, etc. STILL DOESN'T WORK. (Singleplayer Campaign, Zombies. Although FreeRun works)

it might be the internet, certain internet networks dont work but others do. i cant think of any thing that could be wrong.

I am almost certain this is a game bug. Also make sure your firewall isn't blocking the game, by turning firewall off and running the game. IF you still have the same problem it's not firewall related. For me just suddenly worked one day it worked, after the update. Technical support is poor but you can call Activision on their 1-800 number but they don't publish it. The support(?) site is complete frustration, you can try tweeting your problem or ask on their facebook page :(

i have tweeted them, havent tried calling. i did check my firewall settings and its not blocked, and multiplayer works so thats even more confusing.
