Sorry for being a noob, guess I'm forgetting basic troubleshooting tips since I hadn't done it for so long.
I know right? had the same issue. But let's get possitive here, we could fix it! (yay?)
Could you tell me which driver you updated to and maybe what graphics settings you are using please? For me even with the brightness setting turned down 30-40% (making inside and regular areas MUCH too dark) outside areas and the skies are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blindingly bright, with the sky being damn near a bright white. It makes many maps very difficult to play on and I cant find how to adjust bloom anywhere
The Device manager that comes with windows displays numbers differently then as how the nvidia tool does.
Ah yes that makes more sense. And yes, I specifically downloaded the 3rd to newest driver for that same reason. Im guessing Im using the one right after yours. Sadly that hasnt fixed the issue for me :( The skies are so bright its literally painful to look at on many maps. Despite indoor areas being too dark because Ive got the brightness at -35%
It was on computer (sRBG). I just tried changing it to the TV mode and it didnt really seem to help sadly :( Although when I changed it back in the same match I couldnt see much difference (maybe it requires a restart even though it doesnt ask?)
Even when I turn the brightness down -100% the bloom/blown out bright areas are still extremely bright. But then there is massive contrast with the shadowed/darker areas too so it makes the issue even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ worse.
Not sure if it's relevant but.. curiousity is piqued now.
