Failed to host lobby?

So i've been getting the same error for over 24 hours now and i have not found a single fix. I get to the first screen after loading the game, i press enter to start the game and then it sits for about 5 minuets and i get a msg saying. "Failed to host lobby" my options are: Ok which will keep me at the press enter screen or ESC which will ALSO keep me at the press enter screen. what is going on here?

Due to this i have not been able to play the game at all. I cant even get to a start menu of sorts. I only get to the press enter screen and no further.

i just tried the port forwarding guide to see if that fixes anything. connectiont ype is DHCP? idk if thats what you're asking. But all that aside, this issue doesn't even let me get to a screen where i can choose between campagin, multiplayer, options etc...... Like i cant get pass the first screen with the guy holding two guns which tells me to Press ENTER to start. why would it even be trying to host something before ive selected a gametype.

Had this problem the 2nd day too, Glad someone explained it to me, even tho treyarch should fix it....
All you have to do is when the game asks you the press enter when you first start up the game, Dont press enter, wait for the numbers 30.0.0.0 in the top right corner to change to 30.11.12.00 or something, it mostly just takes a few sec, then you can press enter and it wont give you an error, this fixed it for me ;)

NP, but weird it didnt work, this fixed it for me and a few friends of mine.
Anyway i hope you find a fix soon, Or that someone else can help you, I know how frustrating it can be if you're not able to play a game you just bought.

anyone figure this out ? cause im having same issue but my version is 50.0.0.0.0 and i cant get passed the first screem sau enter to start (guy with two pistols) when i hit enter starts to "load" and eventaully like 5-10 mins later say error (failed to host lobby) no code nothing jjust says it failed i cant get to the main menu, i cant even play single player ! nothing no zombies bots campaign nothing it really does suck!

I had it for a long time, All I did was just turn every anti virus thing off. and it worked..
