Ok I'll tell you go to your audio settings in window and change the config from5.1 speaker to stereo that will fix it

having the same problem. colume is turned on and can hear sound through speakers but no BO3 volume must be somewhere in the game but checked all the volume setting and they are full...

Changing it to Stereo worked for me, thanks SirM4XPL4NE :)

find your audio symbol right click go to playback settings configure and change it from 5.1 to stereo
