Report a translation problem
1. Right click in the bottom left hand corner of your desktop and select "System" from the menu
2. Click 'Advanced System settings' in the left hand panel of the 'System' window
3. Select the 'Advanced' tab in the System properties window
4. In the 'Performance' options, click 'Settings'
5. Select the 'Advanced' tab in the Performance Options
6. Under 'Virtual Memory' click 'Change
7. Uncheck 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives' if it is selected.
8. Select 'Custom size' and type '4096' into Initial size (MB) and '6144' into Maximum size (MB)
9. Click 'Set', click 'OK' and restart computer.
1) Uncheck " Automatically manage paging file size for all drives''
2) Click on custom size and at " Initial size " type 4096, at " Maximum size " type 6144
3) Click "set'',then ok,ok and ok.
4) Restart computer.
Oh,yes,sorry. Well,they fix memory problems...a lot of people are getting ram usage at 90 or even 80. Mostly happends with people,who have 8GB's of system memory (ram). This will solve issues like "memory leak or out of memory''. By doing this,you'll update your page file size.

Steam/steamapps/common/Call of Duty Black Ops III/players/config Open 'config' file,navigate to "Setup" and find a ''WorkerThreads''
Make sure WorkerThreads are set to:
2 to 4
Looks like this:
//Thread count for handling the job queue
WorkerThreads = "4" // 2 to 4
This should eliminate any fps problem for i5 CPU's.
