My game is the same and everything is on low settings even tried setting it to high settings I can barely see anything either.

If it's blurry, it is probably because of your Render Resolution is low.

Mind screenshotting your settings? Or show us what your game looks like? I am pretty sure the game is blurry because of the low Render Resolution setting.

Just turn it up now it's made it lag, turning it high isn't good for my computer

Yeah, turning it high will affect your performance. I have mine at 80%.

I just turned it to your setting and that's what I meant by it's lagging when it was at 50 it wasn't lagging it was just blarely on Nuketown 2065 and I could barely see anything. How do I screenshot because I don't have paint to paste it

That's strange. what are your specs?

You can use Steam Screenshot feature, or get a third party software like Greenshot or Gyazo.

I meant I put it to 60 not 80, it has improved graphics but it's laggy, how do you use the screenshot feature?

It should be set to F12 by default.

So you set it to 60% and it's laggy? I know you probably did, but have you turned down your advanced settings?

Using high advanced settings will impact your performance.

Yes it's already all on low. thing is the screen resolution is now greyed out and I cannot change it. pressed F12 Nothing happened

Screen Resolution or Render Resolution?

If you can't change the screen resolution, it is because you have the game on "Fullscreen Borderless." When you have it on that, you cannot change screen resolution and refresh rate. Those are determined by your monitor.
