It suffers from insane video memory and CPU usage.

Technically Yes, Has FOV, Mod Tools coming. Will be one of the best.

But atm the game is having some optimization issues, So once that's fixed YES.

Yep, for sure. Not flawless, some people are having a dew issues, but very good none the less. Also, it isn't a PC port, it was developed specifically for PC.

No it stutters like ♥♥♥♥ even on a gtx 980 and an i7 4770k. I lower settings and still get some stuttering and have none of these problems in other games.

Have you downloaded the Nvidia Black Ops 3 drivers?

100% CPU usage on a i5-4960k. Stutters and freezes on SLI'd 970s. Also, at one point it was using 10GB of RAM
