Remove aim assistance COMPLETELY

Below is the original post. I just realized something: there is no glitch, this was intentional. With aim assistance enabled, the weapon snaps to a target AND the camera gravitates towards a close target if you only move your character without touching the right stick. When disabled, only the first thing happens.

Still, I want an option to COMPLETELY remove AA. Please. I do not want help when aiming. I want to earn my headshots.

Same old story whenever I post about this on a shooter game:

Yes, I like playing with a controller on PC whenever possible. If controlls suck and cannot be changed (Killing Floor 2), there is no native support for a controller (Battlefield, Far Cry 2) or the game has forced aim assistance that cannot be turned off (Titanfall), I just play it with M+K.

Yes, I know M+K outperforms controllers, but still, I prefer a controller whenever possible. I really think my aiming is quite good.

As a controller user, I HATE aim assistance. Whenever I start playing a new shooter game, the first thing I always do is go to options, look for an aim assistance option and turn it off.

So please, do not be bothered to comment telling me to play with a M+K instead.

This game comes with aim assistance, but there is an option to turn it off. I know the game just came out, but there is a glitch when using a controller that leaves AA on at all times, even if you turn it off in the options menu. No, it does not reduce it or anything like so. You have to cope with AA whether it is on or off in the menu, it works exactly the same.

Please, fix this. I want to play without the game helping me. I can aim by myself. I use an updated (3,5mm minijack included) XBOX ONE controller with a wireless adapter (same happends when using the USB cable).

So switch to m/kb... But seriously, I hate auto aim as well. That's the biggest downfall to playing on consoles.

Yeah, I'd like the option too. Or at least an option to adjust how much Aim Assist I'll be given. Sometimes I feel that it's far too heavy on the Aim Assist because it'll drag my aim further than it needs to go, or it'll drag my aim to a wall after an enemy goes behind it. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me killed more than it has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ me kills, to be honest.

You do realize there are companies making controllers exclusive to PC, right? It's got nothing to do with consoles.

So you're telling me almost a decade after release there still isn't an option for no aim-assist and its just suppose to be part of the game? Damn.
