Cannot connect to online service

change your computer internal IP. I had the problem solved with it during the beta.

i have the same problem and the game crash all the time i can even see the zombie mode :(

same issue here, I've got my desktop setup as a static ip which is definitely 100% correct as I've been using it for years..

You can set manually ipv4 properties, with IP closer for your internal computer IP, if it's 192.168.1.10, put 192.168.1.27, with subnetwork 255.255.255.0, all other IP like DNS IP, your same modem IP, normally, 192.168.1.1. Look what is write when you type IPconfig in cmd dos. It's under Ethernet Wire or Wireless, not bluetooth.
Open network center from control panel, then click on the blue text at the right, it's write ethernet or something else, then click details, watch what it's write, then click properties and open properties of ipv4. In the window set manually your IP configurations.

still get the error with a changed ip. I'm using bitdefender.

nope. I added the blackops.exe to firewall rules. still cant connect.
