In game purchase for BO3 COD Points not showing up in Black Market

I purchased $9.99 worth of COD points yesterday and it charged against my Steam Wallet but the points never showed up. I'm on a PC by the way. Is anyone else seeing this? I opened up a support ticket but nobody has responded yet. I'm thinking I just wasted $9.99 for nothing...

Even if you got the points it's a waste of money. There have been numerous posts on this issue and treyarch are aware of it.

Restart the game and keep on clicking and pressing enter than the authorize will come up this time dont be afraid thinking you are getting more points.. just click on authorize and it will come up!

ok its been 24 hours and still waiting for my 1100 cod points purchased 3-17-16. Its funny mostly because I was one who said " I will never purchase those" and first time I do and so far I feel robbed, especially if I have to take time to file a claim.

UPDATE...Steam support says contact activision.....Activision says contact steam support. THATS BULL., Never again will I make a ingame purchase.
