2) Go to the "Local Files" tab and click "Browse Local Files"
3) Click and open the "Players" folder
4) Click and open the "Config" file... this should open the file in notepad
5) Scroll down till you see....
//
//Graphics
//
and look for...
//Number of mips to drop on streamed textures, lower numbers are higher quality
TextureQuality = "0" // 0 to 3
And also...
//Number of mips to drop on effects and dynamic decals, lower numbers are higher quality
TextureQualityFX = "0" // 0 to 15
6) Change both numbers to "0" or to whatever you want
7) Save and exit
8) Right click "Config" file and select "Properties"
9) At the bottom check the box that says "Read Only" next to attributes
10) Go play BO3 and enjoy
P.S. when you go into your settings in game it will still only limit/say low, med, etc. but the game is now running textures and texture quality at highest settings, also note (it will tell you in the config file) the lower the number the higher the settings, 0 is higher than 1, etc.
