Blackhat is useless since the nerf?
First of all, I really enjoy black ops 3. its a nice game with loads of nice content.
However, 1 thing is still borthering me, and thats the blackhat. I tried it a few times, but its too minimal for normal gameplay. This is a list of what happens when you try to hack certain things:

Equipment: all hacks instantly, which is awesome and efficient
Scorestreaks:
- HZXD, UAV, Counter Uav - Hacked within 5-10 seconds
- Care Package - I tried to hack it before it dropped the package, but the hack is too slow for that. If you hack if after it dropped the package, it will be destroyed. It would be nice to see this changed, so that you can either get the carepackage, or maybe blow it up before it gives the carepackage
- Dart - pretty much impossible
- Guardian - Hacked within 5-10 seconds
- Talon, Cerberus - Hacked with 2 tries (breaching firewall + actual hack)
- Sentry - Pretty much unhackable? i tried it a couple of times, but it seems that breaching the firewall takes way too long (i sat next to it and it took more then 30 seconds?)
- Wraith, H.A.T.R. - Hacked within 2 tries
- R.A.P.S. Ship - Pretty much useless to hack. you cant hack it untill it has already dropped a few balls, and the last ball it drops (which then belongs to you) only destroys the other balls. would be nice to see this hackspeed reduces so you can actually hack all the balls comming out of it
- GI Unit, Mothership, Powercore - Never had the chance to hack one, but i imagine it would be very hard like it should be, since these are extraordinary rewards.

As you can see, there are a few "annoying" situations, where its actually useless to hack and where you can better just grab a rocket launcher and destroy the scorestreak. I think this is quite a shame, since the whole hacking process is alot of fun to do.

Since the blackhat needs a direct line of sight with the scorestreak you want to hack, it will leave you exposed to being shot. By doing so, it's further decreases the risk/reward balance of using the blackhat.

Last but not least, when you die when trying to breach a firewall or hack something, you lose your progress of that hack. Which is not the case when you fire a missile to the scorestreak. Maybe its a nice feature to save the hacking process so you can hack it within x number of respawns, just like you would with a rocket launcher.

Like I said, I love the blackhat, but i think its really underpowered compared to the other things you can do within the game. I would love to see the blackhat being balanced, so that it actually can be usefull in the game and offer more tactic to the gameplay.
