Rapporter et problem med oversettelse
No one is lying. The game runs fine for the majority of people. It is only a small minority that are having problems.
As for R6 Siege, it is not graphically demanding at all. So, making a comparison with that low level game is just beyond funny.

PSU : Corsair AX 1200W PSU
GPU : Gainward GeForce GTX 980 4GB PhysX CUDA
SSD : Samsung 850 EVO 500GB (Games)
SSD : Corsair SSD Force Series3 2.5" , 240GB (OS)
CPU : Intel Core i7-4790K
Whit this hardware I still have random stuttering on all maps.
Does not matter if I have everything on high, medium or low.
Edit: There is defo a problem with stuttering. Im running an I7 4770k, 2 x GTX 970s and 16GB RAM and got bad stuttering.
