(USB mouse) Razer Deathadder Chroma help needed!

Hello,

I'm having a problem with my USB Razer Deathadder Chroma mouse,

When playing any mode (zombies, campaign, multiplayer, etc...) at random times, my mouse decides to disconnect, standing frozen in the middle of my screen.

The only way to recover is by plugging the USB out, and back in.

Anyone else have this issue/has a solution? Thanks.

try different other usb port. or mouse is broken. I'm using chroma too, no problem

razer ouroborus mine disconnects for a split second here and there. is that mouse compatible with the razer synapse profiler?

go with this option plenty of people had the same thing and updated and worked fine

or you can press and hold down the wheel and both buttons for 10 seconds to recalibrate it.

happens to me too. Have tried reinstalling the synapse but it didnt work. Any other ideas?

What about changing USB power saving features in Device Manager?
Worth a shot.
USB Serial Bus Controllers/USB Root hub - properties/power management

Check your power plan to and make sure it's 'high performance'.

Will try that. Have it set to high performance already. But have deactivated the selective USB thingy. Will see if it works.

this is easy download the frimware updater for your mouse. CLOSE RAZOR synapse COMPLETELY. install updated firmware with updater. restart computer. the firmware will not update if the razor program is running. had the same exact issue with a chroma death adder 1 month ago.

the same also applies to razor head sets that randomly loose sound as well. close the razor software apply firmware update and restart.

But where to get the firmware updates? Razer's site is referring to the synapse.

If you have Windows 10 BTW, Windows will actually attempt to download a driver for the Razer through Windows Updates. This may have happened, and the driver through Windows is garbage.
