Zombies: unquenchable stacks?

unquenchable lets you buy one more perk to the additional 4, does somebody know if its possible to get 6 or 7 perk slots then? like if i take it multiple times in one game, and does it stay when i go down?

Unquenchable is functioned like an extra perk slot, in addition you can get more perks when you have this gobblegum as long as you have many in your pack, however once it has been activated then the perk will remain in your slots and the gobblegum will disappear. Here's the down side: If you go down, you will permanently lose that perk slot (not the gobblegum) and you cannot get it back unless you get a perk drop on Origins or Zetsubou no Shima.
