Dolphin diving is basically diving from a high area into a group of zombies when you have PHD Flopper. Jumping from a high area while having PHD Flopper creates an explosion around you, and you don't take any damage.
So basically, you're like a bomb, except when you land, you're still alive. You drop from a high enough area to detonate, blow up the stuff around you, and you survive and HOPEFULLY keep fighting for another minute. If this explanation isn't good, just go on youtube and search "Dolphin Diving Zombies"
