Yikes. First off, try to get your money back ASAP. Lenovo is a horrible company that secretly installs unremovable malware onto their ♥♥♥♥. Never support these people.

If that isn't an option, try updating your video card drivers maybe? Sounds like a related issue. Maybe the GPU is shot or something.

Other people have reported this, I'd really like to know what's going on. Just for curiosities' sake.

Well damn, that's a really weird issue. Does it just flicker, or is there any sort of weird shapes/artifacting going on?

same problem here. When I updated my GPU I received an error message that there was no DX11 card installed. So I had to install the "Hotfix" driver.

It still blinks. I try and use the thermal sight as often as possible. But it is a horrible glitch.

There is a huge posibility that your graphics card is producing artifacts. What's happening is the graphics card cannot process the neccessary information to keep up with the game. basically your overloading/over stressing your graphics card. Black Ops 3 makes my gtx 970 stutter on medium settings, and my rig is definitely a mid-high tier rig. that being said, the game is horriblyy optimized.

summary:
your graphics card is most likely being OVERLOADED/OVERWORKED, and unable to render this game properly.

Well, I can't say I know of any solution, so unfortunately my posts are a bit.. pointless.

Regardless, hope you figure out whats going on with your game. Not very cool when you can't really enjoy the thing you paid for, for some unknown reason.
