Report a translation problem
^^^^ Might seem like a lot of random data, but I thought I'd include it in case it can somehow help someone else solve this issue.
If feels like it lowered my sens by half.
/Frame rate cap (0 for none)
MaxFPS = "140" // 0 to 1000
To just under your screens max refresh rate. So for 144 set it to 140 for a 60 set it too 55. Let me know if that helps.
Go lower set it to 50, your trying to stay away from that 60 fps threshold.
After playing 2-3 hours this usually happens to me. Only fix for it I know of without tweaking your fps cap or anything is just to relaunch the game.
