AMD just released their 'Preset' settings for the game so if your using amd hardware, it can optimize it for Performance - Balenced - Quality. and on all of those settings,Microstutters, and they even waited for Treyarch to get their crap together and patch the game several times.
AS:U had the same microstutters, then after amonth they patched it out, Same concept here. Its all on the devs shoulders.and If I was you, I wouldnt hold your breath waiting for them.
RS:Siege has an open beta on the 25th. ide suggest playing that as even for a closed beta, It was a Solid Product that ran properly. and a Suggestion, Buy CoD games Second hand, For less than 40$ and dont buy a season pass until the game is functioning. They dont deserve the money for this piss of a port.
Played Siege but it's too slow for me, yeah it's really well optimized and it's from ubisoft :o. I guess if i wanna play cod, i should get them for console.
there is frame smoothing in the game, you enable it in yea cod folder/player folder config file
-Turn off Triple Buffering
