Can black ops 3 be ran on low end pc's?
My specs are..
CPU: AMD A4-5100 APU Quad Core 1.5ghz
GPU: Raddeon 8330m 512mb
Ram: 6GB
OS: Windows 8
Yes I know these specs are nothing compared to required but I hear people with way worser specs than mine run the game with a good amount of fps. Yes I have a 1.5ghz but its practically enough for any game and I always get 30fps+ in games like battlefield, gta 4, metro, etc.. Can i run black ops 3 on low, even on the lowest resolution (800x600)?

Those are dated games in PC technology terms. Specs have moved much higher and I am surprised you even bothered to ask that question. You are in a bad need of upgrading. Save the money and get a console. You will have to spend way too much at this point on a desktop to future proof yourself.

I play on a 4 year old computer. No problems at all.

Please note the system requirements I have conveniently put below this line:

OS: Windows 7 64-Bit / Windows 8 64-Bit / Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i3-530 @ 2.93 GHz / AMD Phenom™ II X4 810 @ 2.60 GHz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 470 @ 1GB / ATI® Radeon™ HD 6970 @ 1GB
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 60 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

Look at Graphics primarily. 1GB minimum, at 512mb you'll be lucky if it runs at 15FPS.

And battlefield 3 runs on pretty old graphics too on a pretty versatile engine.

For the record also, if you're gonna rely on clock speed for cpu for whether or not a game runs, you've a long way to go. there are few games that rely on clock speed. I'm on a 1.6ghz cpu myself, which increases and decreases intelligently (first gen i7)

And borderlands 2 is more or less easy to run on any computer, even toasters, it's cell shaded unreal engine 3, which is pretty low-powered. Black Ops 3 runs on the Black Ops 2 engine, or IW engine 5.0 IIRC, if you could run that on your pc, then i tip my hat and admit I'm wrong.

lol no its not, not everybody has a crazy setup that gives them 60+ frames. on a good days, i get a little more than 30 FPS in COD: WaW zombies. 30 frames to me is smoother than butter so i might give this a try lmao
