yes but it will be added later on (first they want to clear out bugs then the nice extras)

Considering there are some dumb kids or stupid people in general who make ♥♥♥♥ pics, anything sexually related or something like that, they can't do it. And also because this game doesn't have a rating of "may contain sexual themes" and stuff like that, that leads to legal problms and somebody could sue these guys (although with little luck because Noriega tried that and it did not end up so well)
