Yup! Up to two players though, and you can also do it across two monitors.

Yes, split screen is confirmed for PC. 4 player split screen for Campaign/Co-Op and Zombies, and 2 player split screen for Multiplayer.

Yes - 2 player split screen is confirmed for PC multiplayer.

Yes, you can use 1 controller and 1 keyboard and mouse for BO3 PC if you want.
