Online with friends

Is it possible to play online with friends on separate houses? Or only if randomly match on a waiting lobby?

sure thing. obviusly you and your friends must have a copy of the same game (bo3 or others) that does not have crossplay/crossplatform on the same platform (xbox, ps or pc). if you and your friends dont own the same platform on games that dont support crossplay you cant play together online

We would both play on pc, how do you create a private party game for Kino der toten for example. Or we have to meet randomly by luck on the lobby?

you can but it's not safe to do that on PC. If you're knowledgeable about computers then you should install the T7 patch then follow that, even if you're not then you should still do this, it protects your computer from viruses.

You just choose private match and invite your friends. Super simple.
