Food for thought:....i play Bo3 Pc on a Virgin media router things that change the Nat are......My Sons computer when he starts steam to play Bo3..reason is its Win 10 now changed back to 7 no issues and the other was his Xbox grabs the router first and changes the Nat to strict. Have to reboot the router and some times still dont change so disable the wifi and so far Nat Open...

Contact the support of the manufacturer of your router.
For example, Netgear support, or D-Link support, or Cisco support, etc.

Turn off Windows Firewall. It will magically make your NAT type "open".

Flappy - forwarding one single port worked for me: 3074 UDP. forget all the rest of them. let us know if it works

Go into the game, Menu > Options > Network. Under NAT it will tell you that the game needs port 3074 UDP to be open

Mine was open until that update.

If there is more than one console or PC used for gaming on the network, the second console or PC can be redirected to use port 3075 UDP and TCP, a third console or PC used for gaming to port 3076 UDP and TCP, etc.

Wow, people still ask questions that Treyarch posted years ago about all of this. Google is your friend people. Learn to type or get left behind. Those GEDs aren't gonna help you.
