texture quality set to high or medium, texture filtering med or low, shadows medium or low ambient med. turn off aa in game set it in nvidia 3d settings to enhance application at 2x. turn off all the other stuff. that should help out. im not sure how much more you will get. i was getting stable 98fps with a gtx 980 classified. with most settings on high or medium.
