BO3 SAYS "RUNNING" BUT DOESNT OPEN FIX GUIDE

So after a long session of disabling and enabling system services I found the cause of BO3 not launching in steam.

1. Press the Windows Key + R to bring up the "Run" service on your pc
2. Type in "msconfig" into the command line, this will take you to the system configuration panel
3. Go to the "Services" tab in the panel
4. Disable the service labeled as "Print Spooler"
5. Click "Apply" at the bottom of the panel
6. Exit the panel and restart your system
7. Try seeing if BO3 is now able to launch

Not sure what that service does but it's the only one I disabled and BO3 began to run just as it did before. What a shame that some of us have to play the role of the developers to fix either a game bug or a windows bug. Hope this helps other people that may have this problem, I know it hasnt affected everyone. Let me know if it does!

I guess, wasn't able to play for weeks and finally took the time to figure out the issue, not sure why it stops the game from opening but hey, i'm glad i'm able to play again
