Cant Buy DLC for bo3

ive been trying to buy the extra zombies maps but steam doesn't give me the option to purchase and says “ This content requires the base game” even tho i already own the base game and have everything downloaded

Check your DLCs for if you’re able to select/unselect the Zombies mode, as that would indicate whether you actually have the base game or the MP Starter Pack. I’m suspecting you’ve bought the MP Starter Pack, which is Multiplayer only.

If your localisation is different from English maybe that's causing it? But besides what Hadi mentioned I don't think there could be another cause. I don't think there are any extra files in AppData.

Maybe it's the steam build?

Same thing for me, you can't buy the maps individually except for the giant. Just buy the season pass

yup other than the giant it wont let me buy anything else which is odd, even activisions support couldn’t figure out the issue, when i log in with my friends account it gives me the options to buy, however when i log in from a different PC it gives me the same exact issue

nope just tried and it didn’t work, the issue is still there even when i log in from a different device

nope just tried and it didn’t work, the issue is still there even when i log in from a different device

I asked you to check if you see the Zombies mode in your DLCs, I didn’t give you anything to try.

It’s a licensing issue. Injecting stuff to your game shouldn’t affect your ability to purchase content for it from the Steam store. The only possibility I have in mind for your problem is that you’ve bought the Multiplayer Starter Pack, the package that’s for $14.99. I’ve asked you to check one of the things that could indicate whether you bought the Multiplayer Starter Pack or the full game, and I gave you information describing what the MP Starter Pack is. You haven’t informed me of the result or whether you’ve bought the MP Starter Pack or not. I can’t offer much aside from what I’ve already mentioned.

Do you see a price and the option to add to the cart for the items on their store pages? If you don’t, then your account’s country might be set to Russia, as the game is delisted from the Russian store.

Yes it shows the price it just says I need to buy COD B03 but i own the chronicles edition

The account you’re commenting from doesn’t show that it owns the game. Did you get the game through family sharing? If so, then you’ll need to buy the DLC on the account that actually owns the the game.

I didn't get the code through family sharing I didn't know you could do that. I don't understand how it is saying I don't own it as I've been playing zombies today.
