if you're a type of customer who only buys games while at 66-75% off or more, then you'll have a harder time getting any CoD titles, unless buying them from certain online key stores or finding cheap retail disc copies. remember that, even black ops 2 from 2012 costs 60 bucks on steam (as base price), and it's currently only 50% off.
if you have many other games waiting to be played, you can just delay buying BO3 for now, until a good deal appears. if you want to play BO3 a lot, then imo it's not really worth waiting for a little bit cheaper price, until it happens God knows when (maybe in 2026 for 66% off)...
