How to stretch game to full screen

Hello guys. I have a really strange problem.
My screen native resolution is 1920x1080. Game looks really good and smooth most of the time. However I would like to have little bit more fps, so I changed resolution to 1280x720, but then black bars appears from all sides.

If I change to windowed(fullscreen), resolution sets to 1920x1080 and can not be changed.
If I change to windowed and use alt+enter, same thing appears as in photo below

If you want more FPS, why don't you leave your native resolution alone and turn down something that makes sense, like Anti Aliasing.

are you aware that you can "render" in 720 and still have the game display @ 1080? take a closer look at your game video settings (advanced)

alternately, you can just set the game to 720 and your desktop to 720..

Yes I know that I can change render resolution, but this ♥♥♥♥ up view really hard. I dont want that huge difference between screen and render resolution.

And setting whole desktop resolution to 720 sounds nonsence. Must be a better way to solve this problem. If it is not possible to solve it, game is not worth that much money and I am going to refund it.

Well i can play at 1920x1080, but cant on 1280x720 and this is ridiculous.

You're suppose to change the 'rendering' to maybe 80% and leave your resolution to 1080p. Then and only then will you keep your aspect ration :-)

I understand that, but this ruins the view really hard, and makes quite hard to spot enemies in long range. It is much easier to play in lower resolution, than in lower rendering. And if there are not any chance to make game fullscreen with lower resolution, then it is seriously bad game optimization. All games just fullscreens when you decrase resolution but blops 3 don`t, and that sounds ridiculous.

Something is clearly wrong, because I used to run at 720p (when I only had a GTX 660Ti) and it filled the whole screen. So, having black bars all the way around it indicates a rendering problem, and I would imagine it is your monitor that is causing it. What monitor is it?

What I would do is tweet @pcdev or @pcdev_assist and attach the image to show them the problem. I'm sure they will have an answer.

I am using Asus ROG G750JM laptop. Tweeting sounds quite good idea. I will think about it. Thanks for the help.

I would 'spam' your thread on the official cod forums, any of the unofficial cod forums, reddit cod forums, and any other forums applicable. Maybe even your monitor's manufacturer forums too. Ah, nevermind now. I refunded the game few hours ago. Don`t want to mess with this and waste time for searching solution. Quite stupid situation when beta test game worked perfectly at autumn, but starter pack won`t. Thank you everyone for all help and advices.
